Ree Anna Gale
Ree Anna Gale joined the clinic in Spring of 2026. She is a thoughtful, compassionate, joyful person and an essential addition to our holistic care team.
My Story
I was introduced early to acupuncture and East Asian medicine within a healthcare culture where these therapies are routinely integrated into daily care. This early exposure shaped my long-standing interest in evidence-informed, non-pharmacologic approaches and their role alongside conventional medical practice in the United States.
I earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University, one of North America’s established institutions for acupuncture education and clinical training.
I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years, having trained at the Moscow School of Massage in Idaho. I also studied at the California College of Ayurveda, where I became a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Panchakarma practitioner, with additional training in cleansing, detoxification, and spa therapies. My education also includes advanced yoga teacher training through the Iyengar Yoga Institute, and I currently Practice meridian-based acu-yoga as well as paddleboard yoga practices.
In 2023, I founded my clinic with a clear vision: to create a practice where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal, recover, and maintain wellness across all stages of life. From the outset, the clinic was designed to provide ethical, consistent, and patient-centered acupuncture care focused on addressing root patterns of imbalance rather than isolated symptoms.
My work emphasizes structured clinical systems, quality care, and long-term patient outcomes, while also prioritizing education, collaboration, and integration with the broader healthcare community to support sustainable care models.
In addition to acupuncture, my clinical background includes over 20 years of experience in bodywork within medical clinic settings, including medical massage therapy. My areas of focus include pain management, women’s health, digestive disorders, and preventive care. I work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers to support coordinated, multidisciplinary care built on trust and communication.
I believe meaningful healing occurs when patient experience and clinical intention are aligned. When patients feel understood and supported, and when clinicians remain grounded, ethical, and collaborative, the conditions for true healing become possible. This philosophy continues to guide the growth, culture, and purpose of my acupuncture practice.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, camping, backpacking, hiking with my dog, snowboarding, kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking, cycling, playing ukulele and guitar, and creating art.
My long-term goal is to establish a wellness center that also includes animal rehabilitation, as well as expand on my nonprofit offering donation-based acupuncture for under-served individuals who do not have access to care. I am deeply committed to expanding access to this medicine for people who might otherwise not be able to benefit from it.
My first experience with acupuncture came after a surfing injury that caused severe back spasms. After three months of trying chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, yoga, and medical treatment without relief, a single acupuncture session resolved the pain overnight. That experience fundamentally shaped my path and commitment to this medicine.
